Keurig K Cup Coffee Review: How Good are the Popular Donut Shop K Cups from Coffee People?

One of the most popular Keurig K Cups is the Coffee People Donut Shop K Cups. So after never having tried it, I decided to give it a swirl to test out if it was as good as many others had said. After all, its renowned as being one of the most popular and best K cups coffee varieties around, and it's highly rated everywhere you turn. So what's the story and just how good are these?

After brewing up a batch and taking my first sip, I was actually very impressed even considering the lofty expectations that I had heard about the Coffee People Donut Shop K cups. This is a smooth, flavorful and bold K cup that doesn't bring along any acidity or any unpleasant aftertaste. It's all flavor, and it's real strong despite how smooth it is.

I was a little skeptical after hearing how smooth this blend was that perhaps it wouldn't provide much of a kick in terms of flavor strength. But it's on the darker end of medium roasts in my opinion, and produces a nice, powerful cup of coffee. You don't have to do much to try to bring out or mask the flavor. Just add in some milk and sugar or whatever your preference may be and you're sure to have a winner right from the beginning... morning, noon, after dinner or whenever.

Truly, one thing I have to say in this K cup coffee review is that this is a blend that would be good for nearly any occasion. It's the all-American, classic taste that so many of us grew up with and grew up around. The great thing is that something this good never goes out of style. And while the local donut shop may have gone the way of the dinosaur in place of chains like Krispy Kreme and Dunkin' Donuts, this coffee I'm sure does the tradition proud.
